- ⅓ cup of sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add vanilla, lemon juice, and sour cream.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling over crust; smooth the top and chill in the refrigerator.
- After 4 hours or overnight, slice and serve with optional garnishes.
