Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Start by mixing the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a medium bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill it in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently, ensuring the filling is light and airy. Pour this mixture into the chilled crust and spread it evenly.
- For the chocolate layer, heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter filling, spreading it evenly. Chill the pie in the fridge for at least four hours, or until set.
