- Guacamole, salsa, or sour cream for dipping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground meat, cheeses, tomatoes, jalapeños, and taco seasoning.
- Assemble egg rolls by placing filling on wrappers and rolling tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan until hot.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauces.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding or omitting jalapeños.
- Serve immediately for the best crunch.
