Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Guacamole, salsa, or sour cream for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground meat, cheeses, tomatoes, jalapeños, and taco seasoning.
  2. Assemble egg rolls by placing filling on wrappers and rolling tightly.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan until hot.
  4. Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauces.
