Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large sheets of aluminum foil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, mushrooms, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into four portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Place a patty on a sheet of foil, top with Swiss cheese, and seal the packet.
  4. Cook on a preheated grill for 25-30 minutes or bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for the same time.
  5. Carefully open the packets, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
