- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large sheets of aluminum foil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, mushrooms, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture into four portions and shape them into patties.
- Place a patty on a sheet of foil, top with Swiss cheese, and seal the packet.
- Cook on a preheated grill for 25-30 minutes or bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for the same time.
- Carefully open the packets, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
