Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Nutella (plus more for filling)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set it aside.
  • In another bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Grease a muffin tin and scoop the cookie dough into each cavity, pressing it down.
  • Add a teaspoon of Nutella into each cookie cup.
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden but the center is still soft.
  • Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
