- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Nutella (plus more for filling)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set it aside.
- In another bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Grease a muffin tin and scoop the cookie dough into each cavity, pressing it down.
- Add a teaspoon of Nutella into each cookie cup.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden but the center is still soft.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
