  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 10-inch bundt pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the cooled coffee.
  • Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  • Drizzle half of the fudge sauce over the batter and use a knife to swirl gently.
  • Add the remaining batter and top with the remaining fudge sauce, swirling again.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
