Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Use a small spoon or squeeze bottle to pour tiny circles of batter.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Serve in a bowl with your favorite toppings!
