- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
Instructions
- Mix ground beef with salt and pepper, then shape into 12 small patties.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, adding cheese in the last minute.
- Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and onions for the sauce.
- Assemble burgers by placing a patty on each bun, adding sauce and pickles, and topping with the other half of the bun.
