Here’s what you’ll need to whip up these delicious Mini Beef Wellington Bites:
- 1 pound of beef tenderloin, cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 package of puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear seasoned beef cubes for 2-3 minutes, then let cool.
- Sauté chopped mushrooms and minced garlic in the same skillet for 5-7 minutes, then stir in Dijon mustard.
- Roll out puff pastry to 1/8 inch thick and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place mushroom mixture and a piece of beef in the center of each pastry square, fold and seal.
- Brush with beaten egg and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.

- Ensure beef is cooked to your desired doneness before serving.
- These bites are best served warm, right out of the oven.
