- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) tomato sauce

- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 16 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Brown ground beef and Italian sausage in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent, then mix in tomato sauces and seasoning. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
- Mix cottage cheese, half mozzarella, and half Parmesan in a bowl.
- Layer half of spaghetti, half meat sauce, and cheesy mixture in a baking dish; repeat layers.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
