A delicious cheese ravioli casserole layered with marinara sauce and cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen cheese ravioli (about 25 ounces)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer half of the marinara sauce, ravioli, ricotta, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour remaining marinara sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with basil, and serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables or protein for extra flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
