- 3 ripe avocados Avocados
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium Tomato, diced
- 2 jalapeños Jalapeños, minced
- 1 lime Lime, juiced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- to taste Garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Add in the chopped onion, diced tomato, and minced jalapeños. Mix well.
- Pour in the lime juice and add salt to taste. Stir in cilantro and garlic powder if desired.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. If it's too thick, add more lime juice.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for Mexican dishes!
