  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Optional Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package directions, salting the water generously.
  • While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Drain the tuna and add it to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  • Add sliced olives, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice, then simmer for 2 minutes.
