Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
- Open the can of sardines and drain some oil if desired.
- Place the sardines on the toasted bread.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and add capers if using.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
