- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas or pita breads
- 1 cup cucumber (diced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup bell peppers (sliced (any color))
- 1/2 medium red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup olives (sliced (kalamata or green))
- 1/4 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions
- Start by prepping your ingredients. Dice the cucumbers, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the bell peppers and red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced veggies, olives, and feta cheese. Toss everything together gently.
- Lay out your whole wheat tortillas or pita breads on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of hummus on each tortilla, followed by a drizzle of tzatziki.
- Spoon the chicken and veggie mixture onto each tortilla, distributing it evenly. Be careful not to overfill them!
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- For a warm wrap, grill them in a pan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
