  • For Gravy:
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 2 cups beef broth
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and mix meatball ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion until translucent.
  5. Add beef broth, Worcestershire, and soy sauce; simmer.
  6. Add baked meatballs to the gravy and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
