- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and mix meatball ingredients in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion until translucent.
- Add beef broth, Worcestershire, and soy sauce; simmer.
- Add baked meatballs to the gravy and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

- For a thicker gravy, mix in cornstarch as desired.
