Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients; dice chicken, mince garlic, chop parsley.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, add chicken, season with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown.
- Add garlic and oregano; cook until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, add orzo; reduce heat and simmer until orzo is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
