Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
- Add the salmon to the bowl, ensuring each piece is coated, and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Arrange the salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until flaky.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
