  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  • Add the salmon to the bowl, ensuring each piece is coated, and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Arrange the salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until flaky.
