  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lemon wedges (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  • On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the salmon fillets in the center. Surround them with broccoli florets, baby carrots, and cherry tomatoes.
