Ingredients
Scale
- 4 bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chops, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
- Grill the pork chops for 6-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps retain their juices and enhances the flavor.
