  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (for best flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional, for added tang)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
