  • 4 cups green cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 cup carrots (grated)
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped (optional))
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 whole lime (juiced and zested)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Start by preparing the honey lime cream. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth. Set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, diced mangoes, and chopped bell pepper.
  • Add the chopped cilantro if using. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust according to your preference.
  • To serve, divide the slaw among bowls and drizzle generously with the honey lime cream.
