Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Evenly drizzle the lemon juice over the top. Sprinkle lemon zest over the batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Let it cool for a bit, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
