- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté mushrooms for 5-7 minutes, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, sautéed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cream cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
