Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté mushrooms for 5-7 minutes, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, combine chicken, sautéed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cream cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
