Ingredients

  • 12 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the portobello mushrooms, remove stems, and scoop out the gills.
  3. In a bowl, mix lobster, crab, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling.
  5. Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 25 minutes until tender and golden.
  6. Let cool slightly, serve warm, and enjoy!
