- 1 bag tortilla chips (about 12 oz)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup salsa or pico de gallo
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the black beans with the taco seasoning. Spread the seasoned beans over the chips.
- Layer the cheddar and pepper jack cheese over the chips and beans.
- Add the diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and black olives on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once out of the oven, top with diced avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and salsa.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
