Crispy fries topped with spicy buffalo chicken, melted cheese, and drizzled with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Perfect for sharing!

  • Total Time: 50

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs frozen French fries
  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (more if you like it spicy!)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package. Usually, it’s around 425°F (220°C).
  • Spread the frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake them in the oven until they are golden and crispy, usually about 25-30 minutes.
  • While the fries are baking, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce in a large bowl until well coated.
  • Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the buffalo chicken evenly over the top.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken, then return the baking sheet to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Top with sliced green onions and crumbled blue cheese if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries!
