  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes, poke holes in them, and rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake potatoes directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes until fork-tender.
  4. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces and sauté in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Season steak with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  6. Cut a slit in each potato, fluff the insides, and top with butter, steak, cheddar, sour cream, and green onions.
