Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the potatoes, poke holes in them, and rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake potatoes directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes until fork-tender.
- Cut steak into bite-sized pieces and sauté in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season steak with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Cut a slit in each potato, fluff the insides, and top with butter, steak, cheddar, sour cream, and green onions.
