  • 4 cups frozen diced hash browns (or fresh potatoes, diced)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup green onions (sliced)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (or make your own)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, and cream of chicken soup. Mix well.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
