- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 4 cups frozen diced hash browns (or fresh potatoes, diced)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup green onions (sliced)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (or make your own)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, and cream of chicken soup. Mix well.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
