- 4 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 8 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- If using, sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top for added crunch.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
