  • 8 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (optional for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • If using, sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top for added crunch.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
