- 2 ripe avocados Ripe Avocados
- 4 slices Bread (Your favorite type (sourdough, whole grain, gluten-free))
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- to taste Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
- 1/4 cup Feta Cheese (Optional, crumbled)
- 1/4 cup Bacon (Cooked and crumbled, optional)
- to garnish Fresh Herbs (Cilantro or basil)
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then mash.
- Spread the mashed avocado generously on each slice of toasted bread.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and crumbled bacon, if using.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious loaded avocado toast!
