- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 2 lemons (zested and juiced)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Marinate chicken in a mixture of lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place marinated chicken in the dish, sprinkle with Pecorino cheese, and bake for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer if possible.
