- Fresh berries for topping (like raspberries or blueberries)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your tart shell. If using a store-bought shell, place it on a serving dish. If making from scratch, preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture until combined.
- Spoon mascarpone mixture into cooled tart shell, smoothing the top with a spatula or using a piping bag.
- Chill tartlets in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Top with fresh berries and mint leaves before serving.
