Delightful Lemon Honey Mascarpone Tartlets are easy to make and perfect for any occasion!

  • Total Time: 40

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made tart shell tart shell (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1 lemon lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries for topping (like raspberries or blueberries)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare your tart shell. If using a store-bought shell, place it on a serving dish. If making from scratch, preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture until combined.
  • Spoon mascarpone mixture into cooled tart shell, smoothing the top with a spatula or using a piping bag.
  • Chill tartlets in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Top with fresh berries and mint leaves before serving.
