- Cooked rice or pasta (for serving (optional))
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and optional red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Pour in lemon juice and zest. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
