  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side.
  • Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic, and sauté for about a minute.
  • Pour in lemon juice and zest, stirring to combine and let simmer.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and coat it well in the sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
