Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they're well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor).
