- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Optional toppings (sliced cucumber, red onion, or capers)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the flatbread.
- Distribute the flaked salmon on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Add any optional toppings like cucumber or red onion slices.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy!
