Instructions

  • Cook the orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil together.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Toss in the asparagus pieces and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the cooked orzo, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the skillet.
