  • 8 ounces noodles
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Begin by cooking the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add in the soy sauce and brown sugar, mixing well to combine.
  • Toss in the mixed vegetables and cook until they’re tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Finally, stir in the cooked noodles, ensuring everything is well coated in the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds!
