- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces noodles
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 green onions sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add in the soy sauce and brown sugar, mixing well to combine.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and cook until they’re tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Finally, stir in the cooked noodles, ensuring everything is well coated in the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds!
