  • 2 cups sweet corn (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • 1/2 teaspoon gochugaru (optional for spice)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, mayonnaise, cream cheese, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese, reserving a handful for topping.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top and dot with butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced veggies.
