- 1 pound of flank steak
- 2 cups of cooked rice (white or brown)

- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- Green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate flank steak in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the marinated steak on a grill or skillet for 5-7 minutes per side, then let it rest before slicing.
- Assemble bowls with cooked rice, sliced steak, julienned carrots, and cucumber. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
