- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Fresh lime wedges and zest for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Start by preparing the crust. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups or small bowls.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well combined and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the key lime mixture until blended.
- Layer the key lime filling over the graham cracker crust in each cup. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, top with additional whipped cream, lime wedges, and zest if desired. Enjoy!
