Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and apple cider vinegar.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until you form a dough.
- Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
