Instructions
- Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl; let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter and salt, then gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Punch down the dough, transfer to a greased baking pan, and dimple the surface.
- Spread jam over the dough, filling the dimples.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

- Ensure the milk is warm, not hot, to activate the yeast properly.
