- 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken, chopped jalapeños, cooked bacon, and half of the cheeses. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Let it cool slightly before serving.
