  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Add the shredded chicken, chopped jalapeños, cooked bacon, and half of the cheeses. Stir until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them over the cheese.
