- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup jalapeños (diced (fresh or pickled))
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional for extra creaminess)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream (if using) until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If you want more heat, add another jalapeño!
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
- Serve with crackers, veggies, or spread it on a bagel. Enjoy!
